Designed for rest, relaxation, and repeat bookings. This thoughtfully renovated property blends laid-back comfort with eye-catching charm—from the sun-drenched interiors to the outdoor shower and hammock oasis. Every corner was styled with guests (and their Instagram feeds) in mind, creating an unforgettable stay that feels as good as it looks.

Proof that smart design doesn’t require a full gut renovation. This duplex got a targeted update—focusing on kitchens and bathrooms—to boost functionality, style, and tenant appeal on a tight timeline and budget. A streamlined approach with high-impact results, ideal for property owners looking to elevate rentals without overextending.

This centrally located property underwent a focused transformation, featuring a brand-new kitchen and an updated bathroom to bring a fresh, modern feel to the space. Completed in under six months, this project is a testament to streamlined design and efficient execution—proof that even small-scale renovations can make a big impact.

Coastal Kitchen
A breath of fresh, sea-salted air. This kitchen renovation was all about lightening the space, embracing natural textures, and creating a coastal-inspired hub for connection. We focused on a clean, functional layout with layered neutrals, soft wood tones, and a hint of seaside ease—proving that timeless design can still feel relaxed and lived-in.
